Will robots.txt hide my backend from Censys?

No. Access controls at the network and application layers protect your origin. robots.txt is a crawler instruction, not a firewall.

Which IP addresses does HotWall connect from?

From the addresses of hotwall.app. The public list at /api/v1/edge/ips is always current; allow only them to your web ports.

Do I need a paid plan for CAPTCHA?

CAPTCHA is available without a paid plan. Guest accounts need a linked email before creating keys.

Why is my domain still waiting for DNS?

Check the authoritative DNS provider, record name and target. Cached answers can remain until their TTL expires.

Can I verify CAPTCHA only in the browser?

No. Verify every token on your backend with the secret key before accepting the protected action.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the domain, UTC time, error text and steps to reproduce. Remove credentials, tokens and personal data from logs.
