DNS is still pending
Check which provider is authoritative for the domain. Verify the requested record name and target there, including both A and AAAA records. Remove conflicting records for the same hostname and allow cached answers to expire.
The certificate is not ready
Check that the requested hostname reaches the correct service and is included in the certificate. Review CAA restrictions if certificate issuance fails. A certificate on the public edge does not automatically secure the connection to your origin.
The origin returns an error
Check the origin IP, port, HTTP or HTTPS setting, firewall and server logs. Verify that HotWall can reach the application and that the origin certificate is valid for its hostname. Do not disable TLS verification to hide the problem.
Collect details for support
Include the affected hostname, exact UTC time, HTTP status, request ID if available, and recent DNS or firewall changes. Share a short redacted log excerpt. Never send passwords, private keys or session cookies.
